Hypnosis was a transformative experience for me. An absolute revelation in my healing process. Unconscious issues were sufficiently identified and given clear perspective. i had an emotional expungement of negative and toxic feeling afterwards that erased my self loathing. Promoting self acceptance. EFT was amazing with the tapping of the pressure points in combination with positive affirmations. Each point that was tapped filled me with confidence and clarity. Hypntherapy and emotional freedom techniques have been the most helpful things i have ever tried to heal my innermost painful trauma.
